My work spans executive support, project management, operational strategy, grant writing, and volunteer coordination. I have helped clients streamline workflows, enhance team performance, and achieve organizational goals efficiently.

In addition, I have successfully secured over $1 million in state and federal grant funding and provided comprehensive grant management support, helping organizations navigate application processes, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations. This experience allows me to guide clients through every step of the grant process with confidence and precision.

Academically, I hold a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, which I proudly completed in just three years. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing proven expertise in structured planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives. In addition, I serve as a Content Expert in business administration, nonprofit management, volunteer engagement, and organizational leadership, sharing knowledge and best practices to empower others in these fields.
